At Energy Matters Chiropractic Care, we use the INSiGHT scans to accurately report on the efficiency of your central nervous system. On your first visit, we get a baseline of how your body is reacting to stressors. Then, we continually look deeper and monitor the ongoing stress on your nervous system every step of the way to a wellness lifestyle.

The INSiGHT scans are made up of the three most important spinal-neural tests: Heart Rate Variability, Surface EMG, and Thermal – which work together to tell us how stress is impacting your overall health and well-being.

Heart Rate Variability:

Measures how well you are adapting to life stressors.

Surface EMG:

Measures how much energy is needed to maintain your health and how it is distributed throughout the muscles and body.

Thermal:

Measures differences in temperatures along the spine, which is an accurate indicator as to where stress is building up and how deeply it affects nervous system function.

All three INSiGHT scans work together to give a “snapshot” of how your body and nervous system are adapting and precisely detect where and how deep the problem is.

Your tests are compiled into what is called a COREscore. This score can be thought of like a report card for your current health. It’s used as a marker so that we can observe and measure changes as you continue care with us. Why should I get a scan of my nervous system?

The benefits of these scans are to detect and pinpoint abnormal function which cannot be seen on X-ray and are generally not felt in the form of pain until the damage is severe; much like a heart attack. The scans will show if there is any Subluxation (stress) on your nervous system and how it is affecting your organs, glands, muscles & energy level.

Are the scans safe for my kid, or when I’m pregnant?

Absolutely yes. These tests do not utilize any needles, electricity, radiation, or heat whatsoever. It will be a little cold and sometimes it even tickles! Most kids even love to be scanned.
